CASE STUDY :: Sultan Balti House (Berkshire)

'Sultan Balti House,' based in Great Hollands (Bracknell, Berkshire), approached Website Design City in February 2009. The reputable Indian Restaurant/Takeaway had a large following of loyal customers, relying on the 'Sultan Balti' to deliver and serve exquisite Indian Cuisine - either at the restaurant premises, or by delivering to the customer's home.

After an initial consultation, we were able to come up with a new website idea, which allowed the Restaurant's customers to order their food directly through a website, and have the food delivered to the door. By removing their old worn-out and static website, and replacing it with our bespoke website design (with the Specialised E-Commerce Facility), we were able to make this transition easily.

With the new website, their customers are able to browse the vast menu online, add their orders to the 'basket,' and purchasing directly through the website using their credit or debit cards.

The 'Sultan Balti' can now take orders over the phone, as well as Online through their new website; and deliver to customers in their local area. The website was built to only accept orders from customers who lived within a certain radius of the Restaurant; as well as a vast range of tools and features that were incorporated, in order to make the Restaurant more streamlined in the order process.
